Home of Hatcho Miso "Hatcho-Miso-no-Sato"

This building was erected in 1907 and used to be a miso-making warehouse. Here, miso-making using the traditional method is introduced with dolls. Also, some references related to the Imperial Household Agency are displayed, showing that the miso made here was presented to the Imperial Family a long time ago. Reservations necessary.
