Koga-no-sato Ninja Village

Shiga Prefecture Koga Area

Here at Koga-no-sato Ninja Village, visitors can enjoy the hidden world of ninjas. The village is built in Koga, the birthplace of ninja. There are various facilities in the village such as the Ninja Museum, Karakuri House, Water-spider Pond, and Shuriken Dojou. Also, there is a area where visitors can try making their own pottery, wooden craft, or cooking konyaku. So visitors can enjoy not only ninja-related activities but also hands-on experiences. Chibikko Ninja Dojo is very popular among small children - after experiencing wall climbing, walking on a rope, or the karakuri well, they receive a picture scroll as a souvenir.
