Prefectural Park Taikouyama Land

This is the largest general recreation park where activities such as cycling, boating, and barbeques can be enjoyed. In the 118.1ha sized ground filled with water and greenery, there are various facilities including a lawn area, sports area, a pool, an observatory tower, mid-air bicycles and tennis courts. It becomes full with families on weekends and during the excursion trip season the park is full of children from infants at the kindergarten to high school students. In the hydrangea garden where approximately 20,000 hydrangeas are planted, many people visit during the blooming season from around mid June to late June. There is also "Children's Future Hall" in the park ground.
