Ishikawa Prefectural Confectionary Culture Centre
Ishikawa Prefecture Kanazawa Area
This is an archive museum introducing the confectionery culture in Ishikawa prefecture. On display are wooden molds for making rakugan (a type of dried sweets), precious artifacts like a sample book of confectionary, and craft confectionery works which presents the chic confectionery making techniques. There is also a sales booth which has famous confectionery of Ishikawa prefecture.

Adults 300yen (include sweets), 65 yrs old and up 200yen (include sweets), Free of charge for children up to and including high school students. Sweets making classs: 2,000yen (14:00~16:00)
